Bucheon International Comics Festival 2023

This year marks the 26th edition of South Korea’s leading comic festival. Under the theme “Comics, Open Your Hearts,” various programs are scheduled to take place. These include exhibitions of award-winning works from the Bucheon Comic Awards, a comic creation music festival based on comic works, a comic bunker where you can find creative merchandise from various artists, a comic room where you can read supported works from the Korean Comics and Animation Promotion Agency, the World Webtoon Forum where comic experts from around the world gather, the International Cosplay Championship featuring participants from 14 countries, experiential events where caricatures are created based on the stories of visitors, and various events, including interviews and autograph sessions with famous domestic authors.
