Sekai – No Hate No Ramen
This place has fun name : A Ramen at the End of the Sekai(world)
Not the taste as extreme as its name actually, but still here offers an impressive ramen with thick broth, just like eating black bean noodles.
It’s a ramen with a lot of toppings, so it’s fun to eat noodles, but it’s a good feeling to enjoy various ingredients in one bowl.
IRIE Ramen
IRIE’s signature ramen is made by boiling sea bream so thick that it actually doesn’t contain the fish meat in the ramen broth, but the broth is rich enough to make you feel like you’re chewing the meat.
Surprisingly, the ramen is really attractive that it is not fishy at all and that it is savory rather than eating fish directly.
If you are looking for ramen for hangover, this place is highly recommended.
Hana Ramen
Another fish base ramen place.
Hana Ramen offers ramen seasoned with soy sauce made from boiled mackerel.
The flavor of mackerel is not revealed in the first sip, but the more you taste it, the more subtle umami is amazing.
