- Concept: A place for sympathy and harmony to share and enjoy Latin passion
- Date: 2022. 9. 17 (Sat) 12:00~19:00 (Opening Ceremony ː 14:00 KST)
- Venue: Seongbukcheon Fountain Maru (Hanseong University Station Exit2)
- Participating countries: 11 countries (Guatemala Korea, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, El Salvador, Colombia, Peru, Embassy)
- Participants: Diplomatic envoys to Korea, legislators, city and ward councilors, domestic and foreign residents, etc. (about 10,000 people)
- Donation: Support for low-income multicultural families by voluntarily donating more than 10% of sales by booth

- Booth Operation: Sales of Latin American musical instruments, clothes, traditional food, and special products (21 in total)
- Cultural performance: 7 teams including Latin music, dance, and performance
- Domestic food sales (Participation in Seongbuk Cheon Merchants Association near the venue)
